Kelly and Ian’s rainy day spring wedding was held on March 30, 2019 at Camp Mary Orton in Columbus, Ohio. Although there was a lot of rain most of the day, we were still able to get some beautiful portraits of these two. Kelly and Ian couldn’t stop smiling throughout the day. The love between Kelly and Ian was written all over their faces, making our job easy! The rain also allowed for some extra fun umbrella portraits we wouldn’t have been able to get otherwise. Rain on your wedding day is good luck!
Honey made from Ian’s parents’ own beehives decorated the tables along with beautiful postcards for the guests to fill out and place in an album in leu of a traditional guest book. The groom’s cake was a chessboard, reflecting Ian’s love of games and his involvement in the chess club at Kelly’s school. Rustic wood logs displayed beautifully made cupcakes in three tiers made by Ian’s aunt, Shelly Dalrymple. Ian’s father, Bryan Weber, played a couple songs on his guitar during the ceremony and reception.
We wish Kelly and Ian many blessings and years of love together and may God bless you in all that you do.
